Due to financial services regulations, we are required to provide our customers with a disclosure statement that lists our compensation and any ownership or other financial links with any of the Insurance Companies we deal with.
Statement of Services Provided:
Our role is to provide you with the best insurance value that combines coverage price and service. We also provide personalize quality service that includes professional insurance advice ongoing policy maintenance and claims support. When any issue arises regarding your insurance coverage, we are your advocate, using our professional experience to best represent your individual interest.
Statement of Broker Compensation:
We currently deal with the following Insurance Companies and for your benefit we have listed each class of business and the commission that is included in your premium.

In order for us to maintain strong relationships with quality insurers, we work with each to provide the type of business they desire. The insurers with an asterisk (*) noted above recognize our efforts through a contingent Profit Commission Agreement. Qualification for this commission is based on a complicated formula depending on growth, loss ratio, volume, retention and increased services we may provide on behalf of insurers. This commission is not guaranteed, and difficult to achieve.
Statement of ownership or other financial links with insurers:
There is no direct or indirect ownership by any insurer or financial conglomerate. There are no loans, credit facility, or other financial relationship with any insurer. Our disclosure commitments are made in the best interest of our customers. We encourage you to also consult the commitments made by the insurance industry and individual Insurnance Companies through their web sites etc.
